Thank you for visiting the Flintridge Prep Parents Portal. We’re excited to provide you with the information you need as you start the new school year.

For your convenience, we’ve provided an electronic copy of most of the materials in our summer mailing here.

If you didn't receive a paper schedule and directory in the mail, we may be missing some important health information. Please contact Emma Goo (egoo@flintridgeprep.org; 818.949.5573) to check your paperwork and to arrange to pick up your child's schedule.

Mentoring and Internships

Prep Exchange offers several opportunities for students and young alumni to be mentored by the Prep network. If you’re interested in providing a summer internship or a one-day shadow mentoring experience for our students in the spring, contact Colleen Bissner (cbissner@flintridgeprep.org). Parents can find out more about Career Windows and summer internships through the Fathers Club. Visit www.prepfathersclub.org/supporting-flintridge-prep/mentoring/ for more information, or contact David Hitchcock (dhitchcock@klrfirm.com) or Cathy Heflin (cathyheflin@gmail.com).

School Calendars

You can subscribe to calendar feeds from the Calendar page by clicking either iCal or RSS in the lower-right corner of the page. You can also set up alerts to receive alarms for events. For additional information on calendar subscriptions, click here.

School Directories

The Faculty and Staff Directory is available on the Parents Portal page without a login. The School Directory lists parents and students and requires a login. If you are a new parent, click here to receive an email with your username and a link to choose your password. If you are a returning parent and you have forgotten your username and password, click Forgot My Password on the School Directory login page and enter your email address to have your credentials emailed to you.

Contact information updates

If you have a change of information, please visit the Update My Info page or send it to our registrar, Brenda Diaz (registrar@flintridgeprep.org). We sync our directory on the website once a month. Contact information changes frequently, so we encourage you to check the online directory regularly.
